My cousin Stanley
has been living on kibbutz
forever detached retina
a few days ago
went to an eye hospital
an hour away
surgeon a skilled
Palestinian doctor did
a beautiful job
and although he still
has the usual eye problems
sight will take a while
Stanley was grateful in the middle of all this
to have such a good doctor
fix his eye.
