Editor’s note: Key infrastructure in war-torn Yemen, including water supplies, health services and telecommunications, are on the verge of breaking down due to a major fuel shortage, a United Nations humanitarian official has warned. "The services still available in the country in terms of health, water, food are quickly disappearing because fuel is no longer being brought into the country," Johannes van der Klaauw told AFP news agency on Saturday. "Without fuel hospitals can't work, ambulances can't go out. You can't have the water system working because water has to be pumped. The telecommunication network risks shutting down. "If something is not done in the next few days in terms of bringing fuel and food into the country, Yemen is going to come to a complete stand-still," he warned. —AlJazeera, May 2, 2015

NASA's Dawn spacecraft released its first views of Ceres on Monday, already hinting at previously unknown craters. CYBERBULLYING HACKTIVISTS

Suspects responsible for recent cyberbullying attacks targeting State College Area School District students were identified Tuesday. Superintendent Bob O’Donnell said more than one person ran a Twitter account called @SCHateTweets, which posted its first tweet Thursday. State College Police Chief Tom King said at least two people set up the account, but neither he nor O’Donnell would confirm that they were students. The account targeted about 50 State High students, Principal Scott DeShong and O’Donnell. The tweets ranged from attacking students’ personalities and appearances to alleging sexual promiscuity and drug use. --(State College, PA) Centre Daily Times, December 16, 2014
